We have a series called “Meet the Agent” that allows you to answer some questions about yourself and share some insight into what makes you a unique real estate agent. Please fill out this form and then HQ will take it from there!
Schedule Your Meet the Agent Video
Check out some Meet the Agent videos on some Nester’s bio pages to get an idea of what these are all about! Email videographer Ryan Bonos at bonoscompany@gmail.com (and cc’ Keri) to schedule your video shoot. The cost is covered by Nest as part of your onboarding. Once completed, this is a great marketing tool that will live on your Nest bio page, email signature, social media, and more.
Nest Realty Home Search App
Look for an invitation to set up your Nest Realty Home Search app to your Nest Gmail. Please complete the Nest U module and make sure to set up your profile as outlined in this Nest U training.
Some places to display your personal invite link and/or QR code:
Link to the end of your email signature (“Download my home search app!”)
Add the QR code to any mailers you send out
In initial buyers meetings, invite your clients from inside the app
Share on your social media platforms

A great marketing piece to make sure you have in your portfolio is the Agent Brochure in Nest Design Center.
Take some time to work on adding your information. Need help or suggestions? Share the design in NDC with Angie or Keri.

Review Print Materials
Take some time to review the contents of your Buyer Press Kit. This is a great resource when meeting potential buyer clients and it’s important to have a solid grasp of what information you’re sharing.
Also take a look at the Mid-Year and Annual Market Reports. These are a part of the Friends of Nest campaign and a great way to showcase your local market knowledge.
Please read through the Seller’s Journey presentation. This is a great resource to help guide your sellers in the process of getting their property sold.
Also take some time to browse through some previous issues of the NEST magazine. NEST magazines are part of the Friends of Nest program.
Business Planning
It’s a good idea to have a business plan in place. This is generally done in November each year, planning for the next calendar year. Click below to maximize your FON list and fill out some goal planning sheets. Million Dollar Agent has some good resources and appendixes as well.
